Pool/ hot tub area that we were at was great. Room had everything we needed and what wasn’t there staff brought right away. Only complaint was stairwell had the same garbage in it during our entire stay.

The place was amazing! Staff are excellent, very helpful. Amenities are wonderful, we didn’t leave the resort. Everything we needed, was right at our fingertips or within a short walk.

Room was not ready we arrived (well past check-in time), even though we received a text welcoming us to check-in. It took another 2.5 hours to get a text to return, and then we had to wait in line AGAIN to check in!
