I liked that its familar, been coming here all my childhood. Usually I stay with my grandparents, they book as owners. This time I booked traveling for work.. and its very clear that if you are not a timeshare owner you get the crappy unmaintained room, also expect it to be very dirty. I checked into my room my 3 year old daughter went to use the bathroom, thank god she asked for help with the toilet paper, there was a stain of blood seeping through the whole side of the toilet paper roll ..absolutely disgusting, not to mention, a literal biohazard. nothing was cleaned. there was stains of something spilled on the dresser..ridiculous. & when i went to ask for another room because it was very clear it was not cleaned at all, after explaining the condition of the room, the employee says "oh wow thats a new one, usually we charge for new rooms but we'll do it this time" unprofessional response to this situation. this stay definitely made my mind set on never booking this location again

Everything was great nothing to complain about. The only down fall was the refrigerator it was not cooling at all we notified the front desk and they sent there technians to check it and they said housekeepers unplugged it when cleaning villa and they unplugged it and it will take 5 hours to cool down and make everything cold. I had to put everything into the chucucci and add 7 bags of ice to keep everything cold. But besides that everything else was great. I would stay again and again no hesitation.

We checked in Wednesday night and the room we were assigned had dust, the trash from the previous visitor was still underneath the kitchen sink and there was a cockroach in the room. Only option we were given was to go to a different room, but by the time we arrived and unpacked, it was too much of a hassle to gather all of our belongings, drive to the front desk building and drive back to another building.
