Welcome to Indio Hills Desert Escape. If you don’t mind being 20 minutes away from everything, come out & see what it’s like to really get away. This is a very private place to relax & enjoy. Secluded properties with great 360 views, 20’X60’ saltwater pool with oversized spa. Complete with swim up bar that seats 5, tanning shelf, & dedicated swim lane. There is a build-in bbq grill, griddle, ice chests & fridge.

ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
This is a very unique property. Located in Indio Hills, with lots of privacy whether you are looking to relax as it is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by mountains and desert landscape. Closest grocery store casino or town (Indio, Palm Springs, Palm Desert) is 20-30 mins away. Property is only 22 miles away from Palm Springs Airport and 48 miles to Joshua Tree. This property lies on 5 acres of gated Privacy, no nearby neighbors.
Home features 7 bedrooms, completed with kings and queen beds and a 1 set of twin over a queen bed and a full bath. The pool, spa and 2 BD/1BA bath guest house are under 3 years old, the original home has been renovated. There is also 2 more bathrooms attached to the guesthouse that are accessible from the outside. It is handy as it is close to the pool area, outdoor dining and where most of the time people are.
POOL + SPA HEAT / OUTDOOR LIVING:
It features an awesome outdoor area with a salt water pool (one of the largest pools in Coachella Valley - 60,000 gallons, 20'x60' and 14' depth on one end of pool!) oversized spa, bbq, fire pit, and with plenty of patio furniture to lounge on. Enjoy outdoor dining for 18 guests, surrounded with great views of the natural desert.
POOL|SPA: $225/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $45/daily fee to 102 degrees. (On demand only, must be turned off after use)
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 48hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one is not. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.
Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.
PARKING: There is plenty of open space for parking.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: We strive to accommodate groups of all sizes! You can find the following:
Pack N' Play, sound machine, highchair and a safety gate for stairs.
For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

Like everything else, please reach out with special accommodations and my team and I will do our best to make it happen. Please for all children's staff, please ask in advance as we need to put it out especially for you.
PET POLICY: Pets are allowed, as we are pet lovers as well. Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no mess is left behind, $150 is refunded to your credit card and $50 goes towards your pet's stay, per pet. Please let us know you are bringing a pet in advance.
PLEASE READ:
It is also governed by more relaxed noise ordinance than any surrounding cities, however, full County regulations are in effect and to be followed. We have a built-in, state of the art, Sonos music system installed inside and outside of home. You are welcome to use it, this high end system sounds quite clear especially without any city or road noise as you would get in the city. It is calibrated to the decibel required by the county. We ask to kindly NOT to bring your own sound system or any other amplified music, NO EXCEPTIONS. Violators’ forfeit the deposit and will result in eviction. We have had situations that guests have brought systems that can be heard over 7 acres away, this excessiveness will not be tolerated, as we respect our community and ask you to enjoy responsibly. Our system is compatible to iTunes, Spotify and Pandora as well as other physical systems via Bluetooth. Please provide us with a backup number, if we cannot get a hold of anyone and there is an issue at the property that we have to dispatch a property manager, a callout $75 fee will be charged. FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.
SISTER PROPERTIES: Please check out our other 60+sister properties if you are looking for something different. We will gladly accommodate you and your group.
FIREWORKS: fireworks of all kinds are prohibited at all times in the desert, due to the fire danger. Please ensure not to bring them to the property.
RESPONSIBLE RENTING: We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: Check in is 4:00 pm / Check out is 10:00 am
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request or request will NOT BE VALIDATED. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.

PLEASE NOTE: The desert can become extremely windy. Please closes umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight. Thank you, kindly.

If you are interested in pool heat, please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat.
