"We had a lovely welcome by Zara, although we were early she checked if our room was available and checked us in. The room was clean and functional. Bathroom was bright and the toiletries provided smelt amazing. We were room 502 and were woken just before 8 by banging noises. We think it was the restaurant above. The breakfast service was welcoming with a good selection. Although we had an earlier than planned awakening we had a lovely stay and will be back again soon."
