Awesome place.

Beautifully clean hotel outside Philadelphia. Front desk employee was smiling and very helpful. Morning breakfast buffet with hot an cold items was certainly a plus. Room was very spacious and super clean and comfortable. Hotel was a little hard to find on the street it was on. Pool very well taken care of. My only issue was they were switching out in room couches that still looked relatively new, and they asked to do it while I was still in the room. Overall, great stay.

Customer service was horrible. The hotel was under construction and a lot of it was not cleaned. It was dirty. I was told I would get a refund by the general manager and he told me to have you reach out to him. His name is Rob and his number is 610 313-9990.

Undet construction literally

Beware, this establishment is renovating and any complaints must go through hotels.com which also was not helpful. Noone should be expected to tolerate drilling, major hammering ect over their heads because a hotel could not be bothered to block that room below it off because of profits. I wont stay here again just because if the thoughlessness if the situation.

We love the two bedroom two bath set-up. Grandma gets her own space and the youngsters have the fold out couch. The pool is quite perfect, free breakfast eased us into our day. Many nice places to eat are nearby. We traveled a bit north to Doylestown for fun at a family farm, and detoured on our way back to a beautiful free playground that the kids loved (even the one year old). Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful. The journey ended with a trip to the Philadelphia Zoo after check out. We were never in the car longer than 40 minutes each stretch and used our hotel as the hub so “baby “ would never reach her one hour limit in a car seat. I am sure we will be back!

For a day and a half I had to put up with sounds of renovations from 8am to 6pm. The first night I called to complain. The front office never responded. Finally I went to 5he front desk to complain. I was told that renovation had to done. I agreed but stated that my room did not have to be under a room being renovated. I then said I would expect a refund. The front desk quickly found me a new room.

Dirty and outdated. Room was freezing and no extra bedding given for sofa bed. Lots of crumbs, mildew buildup and still trash left in the trash can and toilet not properly cleaned. Around the hotel itself there was carpets torn up, crumbs and missing ceiling tiles. Door did not swing closed on its own and security features were minimal. My family and I left in the night due to this and would not even stay over night.
