Our recent stay at the Tru by Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport was an absolute delight, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely wonderful – truly going above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. A special shoutout to Curtis, whose exceptional service truly stood out! The rooms were incredibly spacious and immaculately clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. What truly set this hotel apart for us was the incredible common area. It's huge, with a bunch of tables perfect for gathering and relaxing. We especially appreciated the pool table and foosball table, which were a lifesaver for keeping our kids happily occupied while the adults could unwind. "I stayed there for 4 nights, first night, I had some issue with my rooms, no wifi, sheets not clean, I went to night shift staff they ignored my issue and said wifi is always like this, I decided to check out next morning and I went to the front desk the guy Mr. Sam immediately took notice and moved me to another room with excellent wifi reception. The room was clean, cosy and very tidy, wifi was with perfect speed. It was great experience. "
