While the staff was great, accommodating, and friendly, the actual experience could be improved. Our room had many things falling off the walls (towel hooks, bathroom mirror, etc. ), and the bath water tap was very difficult to turn off. There were items in the hallway (plug covers) not secured properly. If you choose the breakfast buffet, please note it never changes. It would be nice if items were changed. If you plan to stay for a long period of time, you may get sick of the same breakfast items. The mushrooms they serve are baked (should be fried). Overall, it was decent for the price

It's a great 4 Star Hotel. The only significant problem were the key cards. They kept getting deactivated. The hotel is aware and is trying to fix it, but they are so busy they don't have time to reset all the codes.
