The hotel is getting a little tired and whilst the staff are helpful and friendly and the hotel is well located for the West End I think it is probably no longer my “go to” hotel which is a shame.

The room was clean and tidy with everything we could want, the heating/Aircon was a bit noisy with a little one, but that was a minor thing. The shower wasn't the strongest but again, not a deal breaker, breakfast was great with lots of choice, attentive staff and plenty of space if you go early, we did notice that around 9am when we left there was a queue to get into the restaurant. Overall a great stay and we will likely be back next time we're in Edinburgh

Great hotel for staying in Edinburgh. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great - the restaurant for dinner though, well I’m willing to accept that not everything can be 100%. Parking is charged accordingly and was on location. Overall a great stay!
