The room was very tired and dated, and didn’t align with the photos online. A big chunk of wallpaper was missing, there were stains on the chair, cracks in bathroom lino etc.
The info sent prior to check-in re the car parking was incomplete, so needed to call the number, and didn’t feel like they were overly helpful. The signage from the car park to the main reception area was non-existant and we just felt like we had to try doors to see where we ended up.
In the morning, the reception area had no lighting.
We did get a message from the manager asking if there was anything we needed, so were able to request more pillows, as there was only one thin pillow per bed
