The hotel was under renovation. The Hotel.com site did not disclose this information. While at the hotel, I checked their direct website, which mentioned the renovation but did not mention that the hotel amenities, such as the pool and gym, would be closed. I would not have chosen this hotel had they been truthful.

Nightmare Hotel

This hotel was under complete renovation. This was not on the site and it was late and we could not get a refund. They double charged me and there was construction dust everywhere- there was no flooring in the elevator and the elevator was barely operable with a missing certificate

Construction is going on. Management didn't supply emergency accommodation for reception and breakfast. A temporary trailer would have been appreciated. Too much money for management. No reduction of the room price for all the inconvenience. The supplied breakfast was not even worth mentioning. Cheap, cheap :-(

They are redoing lobby. Kind of awkward with men using loud drills, etc,taking up old tile floors. Other than that, upstairs corridors and rooms were beautiful and up to date. Only complaint was it took about 5 minutes to get hot water.

Nice stay

Nice updated room. Breakfast was great—excellent cheese omelets as opposed to scrambled eggs. Only thing I would recommend is having 2 chairs in the room as opposed to just 1 desk chair.

Concierge gets an A+

The woman at the check-in desk was a rock star! I’d actually booked the wrong dates and she adjusted everything, was super helpful and very friendly. Great job! The room was fine. My main issue was the bathroom. There were no product in the pumps in the shower and the walls were actually dirty behind the pumps and on the upper ring. The hotel is undergoing major renovations, but it wasn’t an issue for us.
