Okay for short stay, needs maintenance, not so private patio

The property was relatively clean and new, however, the bathroom could definitely use some improvement, the shower is rusted and grimy, doesn’t drain well, etc. The main complaint I have was that this property was listed as having a “private patio”. While the patio was fenced in, it is shared by the other tenants of the triplex, which would’ve been very nice to know as we were a group of young women and very surprised to see a group of adult men right outside our back door on the first night. Other than that, the property was as advertised.
