Just 8 minutes to the beach, nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood, you’ll feel the ocean breeze as you sunbathe by the water, soak in the hot tub, or rest in comfortable rooms with tastefull furnishings. Beaches, world-class wineries, delicious eats, bird and butterfly watching, hiking, and charming Santa Barbara are all within minutes of your centrally located stay.
The space
Welcome to your spacious and stylish 4BR, 2BA retreat with a sparkling pool, bubbling hot tub, outdoor shower, and spacious yard, in a safe and quiet community, this fully remodeled home features new floors, new bathrooms, fresh paint, new furniture, and decorated with attention to detail throughout.

Relax on the soft leather sofa and swivel chairs, enjoy comfortable mattresses in every bedroom, enjoy a delicious array of coffee at the coffee bar, and celebrate a friends or family getaway out in a large covered patio area with an outdoor couch, perfect for families and groups to gather.

7 guests allowed. An additional 3 guests may be added for a total of 10 people at $100 per guest, per night, after the 7th guest. Sleeping for 7 guests to sleep comfortably in bedrooms, plus a queen air mattress can be set up in the living room to accommodate up to 2 additional guests and a pull out chair is set up in one of the bedrooms for 1 additional guest.

Fully stocked with clean linens, towels, toiletries, clothing steamer, beach gear, surfboards, stand up paddle board, coffee bar, tea, spices, Sonos speaker, outdoor grill and everything you need for a memorable coastal escape.

$120 per night fee for heated pool. Must provide three days notice ahead of check-in date so that pool is ready for guest's arrival. Pool and Spa are professionally serviced after every booking.
