Shedna was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful from check-in through the duration of our stay, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt welcomed and taken care of. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. Sasha at concierge was equally amazing, knowledgeable, responsive, and thoughtful in her recommendations. She helped coordinate activities, dining reservations, and transportation with ease, ensuring we made the most of our time on the island. Her expertise and friendly demeanor truly elevated our experience.
