Bedroom 2 has a beautiful antique bronze foligree queen bed overlooking the rushing waterfalls.

3rd bedroom area is in an open concept area .Very cozy and quaint at the top of the stairs. Tucked under a large unique dormer. Cute as a bugs ear!
There is a lovely tufted loveseat for sitting to read or relax as well.

All 3 spaces are on the second floor along with the beautiful bathroom.

- the bathroom also has a stunning skylight for extra light

- Large kitchen on the main floor with a little breakfast nook. Fully equipped and well stocked with utensils, cooking supplies, spices, coffee, pots and pans . All set for your home away from home.

The property is situated across the street from the NorthWest Arm to watch boats and yachts. There is a walking trail along the waters edge at the end of this dead end street.

Walk to the grocery store or a major shopping center.

Enter the space in the door on the left side of the building. Private deck off of the kitchen area.

1950's restaurant called the Armview - 5 minute walk away. Chocolate lake for swimming in the summer months - 5 minute walk away. Walk along the waters edge down the street and a trail that will take you as far as the Armdale Yacht club.

There is a bus stop less than a 5 minute walk away. You can walk to the Halifax Shopping Center and grocery store in about 15 minutes.5 minute drive to downtown core.

The driveway is a shared space with the unit on the other side of the building, please park to the left side of the driveway.
