From the moment I inquired about the property, the host was prompt, friendly, and informative. They answered all my questions thoroughly, provided detailed information about the property.The house itself was beautifully maintained, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Todo was awesome at communicating with us. Even before we arrived, You reached out to let us know there might be a problem with the door. He got someone over to unlock the door for us and we were able to enjoy the beautiful house. It was clean and well-kept. Even though we had a few minor issues, You took care of those and insisted on a partial refund. Thank you! We'll be back!
