Bed Bug

We found a Bed Bug on the day we checked out. It totally grossed us out and made worried. Even though we have not felt any bites, still it’s a big No No for a hotel. Manager and employees were nice and assured they will do thorough cleaning, but that don’t make any difference for us. Otherwise hotel is nice, good service, good breakfast, nice location.

Great hotel

The room was clean, spacious. The hotel was either renovated or already new. Everything was brand new. Breakfast was great too. Two little things: I couldn’t lock the bathroom door. There was not enough pillows. I could’ve asked for it but we stayed only one night. Overall I would rate 4.5

This hotel is well-maintained. My partner and I were impressed with the service, the breakfast, and the amenities. The rooms, hallways, dining area, and entrance are super clean. I definitely would come back here if I’m ever in the Burlington/Hamilton area
