"I took off a star for the noise. The reviews I read did mention that the bar on the main floor of the restaurant could get loud but I asked both at the booking and the week prior to our stay if we could be on the quieter side of the building but unfortunately we were right over top. The base from the music was particularly loud so ear plugs did not help. It ended around 12:20am so if you stay up late then it may not be an issue for you, Staff were great, room was clean, bed was comfy and parking was included so there were lots of good things."

"I was a little apprehensive when I first saw the hotel as my car ride pulled over at the entrance. I had arrived a few hours early; my check-in time at 4. Thankfully, the receptionist came out soon after and assisted me immediately. Handra was very helpful and friendly. Not only did she make the check-in process quick and stress-free, she even provided several recommendations on places to eat around the area, particularly when it’s my first time in the city. I wish all hotel receptionists are like her!"
