World Renowned Roloff Farms, Billiards, Game Room, On Acres of Farmland
Be one of the first to enjoy this unparalleled experience. Tucked away within the northwest hills of Helvetia, barely 15 miles from downtown Portland, this 5,300+ square foot farmhouse features panoramic provincial and regional views from almost any window.
Just beyond the main living room sits an epic patio setup complete with covered seating. If you love the outdoors, spend time taking in the outdoors on the rocking chairs or one of the other locations that enjoy the farm fresh air and picturesque beauty that surrounds this idyllic location.
The enormous six car garage has been converted into a wonderful game space with a casual vibe. Play some ping pong, foosball, or cornhole, before you relax and stream or play a something fun on the TV here as well. We made sure to install an extra refrigerator to keep your cold drinks and snacks close.
Ascending upstairs there are five additional bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. Toward the central part of this floor is a cozy sitting area, which is perfect for reading a book or taking in the sights. One of the highlights of the home is the adjoining immense great room with billiards table (lowered slightly from standard), game tables, an elevated seating area with a huge 80" TV where you can watch your favorite movie or game.
The property is accessed through a private gated entry that will lead you down a tree lined driveway to the home with ample parking for everyone. Several large grass areas around the property can be utilized by guests, however some of the more unique farm features can be viewed from a distance, they are *not* accessible or included in the rental. This includes but is not entirely limited to the 'Western Town, Castle, Barns, Pond, etc.) Pictures both before booking and after the fact have been provided for clear boundaries.
We mention all this because, as you may have already realized, this is the home of the Roloff Family from "Little People Big World" on Discover/TLC. If so, you will surely recognize this iconic home as the family home and backdrop of the series for over 15 years.
Special note: This is an active farm. There are times when there will be people and machinery working and taking care of this beautiful space. Please also note there is a single security camera that is front facing on the parking and driveway area that is purely for security purposes.
Please be aware, this property is not pet friendly. No pets are allowed with the exception of specifically trained service animals.
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
*PUMPKIN SEASON IN OCTOBER: Actual pumpkin patch visitors will NOT have direct access to the house on foot, however our group wagon tours will circle in front of the home approximately twice an hour. We have a live employee on a microphone who narrates so there will be some additional noise along with the wagon crossing. There may also be a slight disruption coming and going up the main driveway due to traffic. Any concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.

The space was perfect to bring the extended family together for the holidays. We all enjoyed the time cooking and playing the available games together.
This is the second time we rent the Roloff Farm. we loved it so much the first time that we just had to plan another vacation.we loved the fact that the boys had their own area to hang out at. The girls enjoyed hanging out by the outdoor swing and everyone enjoyed the pool. we loved that the house is fully equipped with everything which helps so we can traveling light.
This was a fantastic house for our family reunion. It comfortably accomodated our group of 16. The kitchen was well appointed, beds clean and the game room, pool, extensive outdoor space and beautiful surroundings made this a truly memorable stay! The location is very convenient to Portland. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend!
My advice to future guests: Donât plan to eat in unless you plan to wash dishes by hand. And check the host isnât overcharging tax. After rebooking to shorten from 7 nights to 6, the hostâs revised invoice increased the tax from the expected 10.5% to 15%. After 3 rounds of questioning, the host stated the numbers on the receipt are accurate and punted to VRBO support, who explained the host is responsible. I later spoke with Assistant Manager and Director at the host, who both blamed newer/untrained staff and left the tax dispute to resolve via my CC.During our stay, 3 items (gas cooktop, dishwasher, BBQ grill) needed service. NOT breakdowns just not maintained and tested. See pic captions for details. Host issued partial refund, not reflecting our time reporting and working around issues, plus 3 follow-up phone to rehash all. We felt like unwitting participants in a soft launch of the rental. To bring this property to the level premium listing, the owner could add a countertop microwave to complement the built-in just 13 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR, [pic], an simple electric tea kettle, and stock enough coffee pods to last 4 days.Host emphasizes they are a small business dependent on 5-star reviews, yet no apology from the hostâs regional franchise owners, after escalating thru 2 layers of management who empathized but dismissed. I deducted 1 star for not fully preparing the property and 1 star for the host ping-ponging to me call VRBO and my CC about their issues.
Communication with property managers was great from beginning to end very responsive. The property is beautiful and peaceful tucked away from the street and hustle of it all. The space was more than enough throughout the home for everyone to not feel cramped. The games and activities were a great addition.
This is a beautiful home and property that was perfect for our family to stay at. It was near the wedding venue and had everything we needed for our stay.
The house is beautiful set in an even more beautiful setting. The host team took care of us very well. Even though we booked the day before after a Level 2 fire evacuation kept us from our previous accommodations. Thank you, Roloff Farm!
The process from beginning to end was excellent. The online reservations was easy, check in with easy, the property that was immaculate. The property was just as advertised. Very easy, worthwhile, restful, and everything we expected.
