I booked a double-bed room good for 4 people but the hotel charges extra $85/night for the third person. This doesn’t happen anywhere in US mainland and around the world. The front desk staff were very unhelpful and unpleasant. The room doesn’t even have shower cap and other supplies. Overall the hotel is unaccommodating. The harbor view is not pretty at all, and you can see all the trash around the boats. With $400 a night I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Plus its location is away from beaches and other fun spots. Overall disappointing.
