The Space:

The sun rises over Diamond Head and spills across your private lanai, painting the ocean a shifting gold before the city stirs below. Perched on the 27th floor of Waikiki Banyan Tower 1, this southeast-facing corner condo frames sweeping ocean, sea, mountain, bay, and city skyline views from nearly every angle. One block from the beach, with trade winds drifting through open doors, this is where island time begins.



The space

As a corner unit, this condo feels notably open and quiet for a property right in the heart of Waikiki. The layout is practical and comfortable - a living area and bedroom flow naturally into each other, separated by a sliding door for privacy when you need it. A private entrance and keypad self check-in mean you arrive on your own terms, no front desk required. Single-level with elevator access, the space is easy to move through from the moment you step inside.



Living space

The living area is set up for unwinding after a day in the sun. Settle into the pull-out sleeper sofa and stream your favorites on the 65-inch HDTV with premium cable, or stay connected with fast 358 Mbps wifi and a dedicated Ethernet connection. A ceiling fan and window AC unit keep the air comfortable through Honolulu's warm months, and the lanai doors open to let in the ocean breeze whenever you'd rather let nature do the work.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom offers a proper retreat - a king-sized bed dressed in cotton linens, room-darkening shades for sleeping in, and extra pillows and blankets for comfort. A 55-inch TV, full closet, and dresser make longer stays easy to settle into. The pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates additional guests, bringing the space to a comfortable four.

You'll find an LG stainless steel double oven, stainless steel electric stove, LG refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, Keurig coffee machine, blender, rice maker, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper. A dining table rounds out the space for meals, morning coffee, or mapping out the day.



Bathroom and essentials

The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Fresh towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper are provided, and paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building for longer stays. An iron and hangers keep things tidy throughout your visit.

The private lanai is one of this condo's most-used spaces - outdoor furniture and a dining area make it easy to take meals outside, watch the evening light shift over Waikiki, or simply sit with a coffee and let the view settle over you. Fantastic stay

This unit was very clean and the views from the windows and lanai are amazing. Short walk to the beach. The unit is also equipped with beach chairs and all other items in the kitchen and bathroom. Communication with the host was timely. The staff was very helpful and kind! We appreciated the option for a late checkout.
