This is the second time we've stayed here and it has worked perfectly both times when family has run the Columbia Gorge Marathon. We hope to do it again soon and stay in the same place!
Loved the location which is a block from Indian Creek Trail. Trail access and fenced yard is great for dogs Also close Pine Street Bakery. Loved their coffee cake.
Lovely stay in Hood River. Perfect for 2 couples or friends. Clean and pet frie dly. Easy access to downtown, waterfront park, hiking, etc. Would stay here again without question.
This is a charming place to stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood which has easy access to downtown Hood River. The host was friendly and responsive. It is indeed cozy and cute. I would stay there again.
Comfortable beds. AC in the bedrooms works well, but the place cools down quickly anyway when the windows are opened. Easy walk to a few good restaurants. Iâll stay again next time Iâm in HR.
This quaint little home is always a great place to stay when visiting family in town. The extra water closet is much appreciated and the fenced yard is a treat for small children and pets.
A clean, cute condo in a great location! We weee able to walk everywhere and even hosted a small birthday party for my 90-year-old mother. She was able to access the ground-floor property in her wheelchair :-)
The place was great. Cozy and lovely. The owners let us arrive early since we were coming from three different directions. Very generous.
We couldnât find a sponge or scouring pad in the kitchen sink area.
I would love to come back someday with family in Seattle and Bend itâs a great halfway point.
This well located cottage was perfect for our visit to see our daughter, a hood river resident. Two wonderful coffee shops and a grocery are within walking distance. All the rooms are well equipped. And communicate with Amy was pleasant and efficient.
The cottage was fine for two of us. Very clean. At first, we were a bit iffy about the neighborhood (about a mile from downtown) but it grew on us. We were missing soap for the shower.
We enjoyed our stay in Hood River. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The parking is a little tricky. The driveway is very narrow, and street parking is limited. I did not receive check in information prior to arrival, maybe it went to my Spam file, and I didnât find it. The check out instructions asked for more cleaning than Is usually requested. All in all, itâs a very nice little house, with a pretty yard.
Your house is so cute and makes a great impression when you drive up. The carefully groomed yard is neatly wrapped by a picket fence and is a nice introduction to the inside. The house is very clean and well appointed and a nice place to return to after all of your daily activities. A few additional amenities that would have been much appreciated would have been coffee and foil in the kitchen and bath soap. Thank you for an enjoyable 2 nights.
As the title suggests we stayed at this house for two weeks!
I really appreciated the small touches in the kitchen so it felt like home. (Veggie peeler, lids for pots, big giant skillet, appropriate number of serving dishes etc.) The beds are cozy, and the curtains completely shade the bedrooms. There are a few small things I wished for this place bc it would have been perfect otherwise. The aircon was loud (but better to have loud than not have it - it is HOT in Hood), there weren't enough hangers, and the only one bedroom had places to put clothes.
If / When you stay here walk over to the FarmStand and get kombucha on tap, do a yoga session at Flow and go for a walk or a bike ride on the wonderful trail system just a couple of blocks from the house.
Cute small house in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and well appointed. Nice that there are window air conditioners in the bedrooms. Nice to be able to do laundry too in the middle of my long road trip.
