Very clean and spacious hotel, within easy walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Check-in staff were very friendly and explained about the hotel facilities available, including the free buffet breakfast, which was very comprehensive, with lots of choice. I must say the breakfast staff kept on top of clearing away the used dishes used by the guests. They worked very hard! Car parking is free, and there are plenty of spaces. Only downside for us was the road outside, which is very close to one side of the hotel, and can be quite noisy at busy times during the day. However, it didn’t disturb our sleep at all during the night. Just ask for a room facing the car park.

This is a clean, new, and elegantly designed hotel with wide hallways, and good amenities. Our room was spacious, quiet, and very stylish and well-equipped. This will be our "go to" hotel next time we stay in Kamloops.

A nice 1-night visit. Staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good. An issue occurred during the night with the air-conditioning unit that became loud several times, so my husband called the front desk and the issue was resolved. And oh, we were upgraded that night.

Stylish Kamloops property

This recently built hotel is nicely appointed and well staffed. The location is on the outskirts of town which is a drawback if one needs to go back and forth from town frequently during the day. There is some road noise as it is located on a busy roadway.
