4/10 Poor

It was far away from Waikiki had to pay over $100 to Uber back and forth daily for an entire week (not their fault but mine)…no concierge to book excursions (had to figure it out online)…and too many crying children, not my type of place. Place was too small, only nice part was the small pool because of waterfall. Staff did not accommodate early check-in. Found toe nails in room hotel. Dinner was fancy, and curtesy wine was good, but was provided in plastic cups (like to post on social media, lol)… Breakfast buffet was good, but again, too many screaming children. Just not my type of environment, I don’t have small children. Great for families, older people, not single people nor couples in my opinion.

Very good value - especially if you enjoy the omelets at breakfast.

Great place to stay. Outside the big city but still close to things. Clean hotel, great staff, beautiful pool. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options and the evening happy hour was a nice perk. Would definitely go back.
