Legacy Villas at La Quinta - Luxurious Mountainside Oasis Adjacent to Waldorf Astoria Resort & Club.

State of the art construction and amenities, channeling the original aura of this mystical locale. The one and two-story Spanish Hacienda-style villas, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls are luxuriously furnished in early California decor, and boast 10ft. ceilings and 1300 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Wall-mounted flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors.

The living room and master bedroom both open through charming french doors onto tranquil patios, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. The master suite contains an en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub and stall shower with floor to ceiling tile.

Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, HULU, and Smart TVs, ceiling fans, built-in washer/dryer, and three fireplaces. With all this comfort, you'll never want to leave your villa.

Guest Access
For those able to pry themselves from the villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including dedicated lap pool, tranquil adult pool, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, plus splash fountains and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, game room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.

For a host of additional options, guests can meander next door to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort and Club, featuring shopping, outdoor music, six fabulous restaurants, a world class spa, and two Pete Dye championship golf courses.

Other things to Note
Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.

House Rules
No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

Interaction with Guests
Guests have complete access to our home. Our full time manager is available to help resolve any issues or greet the guests upon arrival, if requested.

Very clean and great service

We've stayed at many of the units in La Quinta Legacy Villas. This is the first of the pet friendly. We found it to be very clean with no signs of previous pets. We had great service, as both the bbq and microwave malfunctioned, so they brought brand new ones immediately.

Exceeded Our Expectations!

Legacy Villas Resort is lovely. Beautifully maintained property that enhanced our stay at L40-2. Our " home away from home " for a week could not have been nicer. Condo was immaculate; well equipped with items needed; convenient location to pool; spacious interior with an updated and fresh appearance. To note ~ We purchased placemats; coasters just to be more protective of tables. Not a problem but made us more comfortable so that furniture was protected. Never figured out the Roku as we felt the unit was missing the Roku box for the TV to work using that remote. Owner and Managers were so responsive and considerate of any questions prior to our stay. Personally, I would request this condo again in a heartbeat. May I stay a month? Thank you for your care ~ Nancy

Beautiful property and unit. We had a great time. Property manager was fantastic with communication. My only regret was that we didn’t book an extra day!

Excellent condo & location!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here with our two children. The condo is extremely well-equipped -- more so than any other place I've stayed. Everything was clean and in working order. We've stayed in this complex before but this location was the best for us. We were steps away from a small pool which was fantastic for post-dinner swims. The main pool complex is great too and only 2-min walk.

Legacy villas are my go to in la Quinta!

I've stayed in legacy villas several times now. They have always been very convenient, easy to deal with and make changes last minute! The villas are well furnished and make a very nice home away from home;) The community is nestled against beautiful rocky foothills and landscaping and pools are well taken care of;) I look forward to being back there in the fall!
