The host communication was great. The layout of the home was great. The location was great, nice neighborhood. The bedrooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. The master bathroom was lovely! Upkeep on the home and some basic amenities were lacking. The coffee pot doesn’t fit the machine causing grounds and water to sit in the top of the machine, the dishwasher stunk and didn’t work, the handle on the patio door was falling off, there are NO regular drinking glasses, some of the kitchen utensils were warped or broken, some of the pans appeared to be dirty, the main dining room chairs are all either wobbly and/or you can feel the boards through the pads, there are no pads for the outside patio furniture, the patio furniture and tables were filthy, the small hair dryer in the 2nd bathroom doesn’t work, the towel bar in that bathroom was missing, the shower diverter didn’t work well, and the MBR toilet started leaking just before we left. So many little things could be done to easily make this a 5-star home.
