Even though the room was a non-smoking room it still had a smoke smell to it. The king size bed was bent in the sides . The room did not have wash cloths just towels and when I asked the front desk for washcloths they asked for what reason and then brought big towels. The pool hours were from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. like really? in Vegas those hours should at least be until midnight or later.

As a mom, staying in a decent and comfortable room is very important to me. My daughters and I really liked our room, it was clean, spacious, and easy to find. Our beds were comfy and we had a good nights sleep. Wish we could've had more time to visit the pool area, but we had to get back on the road. The only thing that sucked was that I had to pay over $600 for 1 night, but that's my fault for booking late, lesson learned; BOOK EARLY! Overall we had a great stay, and would definitely come visit again. Thank you, MG

These people have no inkling of what it is and have customer appreciation whatsoever their security officers are the rudest people I had an issue with booking I was literally thrown out of the hotel made to sit and wait for a family member to come down and pay this little discrepancy of an amount of $20 then I was hassled by the manager of security when my party was not there at 6:00 p.m. on the dot told on 20 more minutes being thrown out of the hotel which I'd already been staying in for almost 2 weeks I've been coming there for 25 years which I will never do again to customer appreciation is low at best the only person that was worth anything there is Lisa for front desk and I'm not even sure she did her best to help me unless they're given such a short robe as to what they could do however customer relations through the double doors next to persons security Management worthless the only two security guards that were worth anything were the two that were on morning shift going into swing shift I believe you too were the best thank you so much you guys did the most of anybody there. You know I was getting for free hotel rooms each week free play free food I was treated as if I was nothing to this hotel I even asked if I could take my last complimentary day on the 26th and move it towards another day since they told me my 14 days was up &they were not an extended stay & I had to leave move my comp. That I wouldn't be able to use since I had to go 2 the $20 issue
