In order to check in to the reservation, set up Alta Open mobile self check-in and register with HOA, you agree to share the following with the Host.
- All guests age of 18 or over government photo ID to verify the full legal name
- All guests age of 18 or over mobile number
- All guests age of 18 or over email for Extended Stay Agreement

One assigned garage parking space is included. Upon arrival, you are required to register your vehicle with concierge in the lobby on the first floor and pay a one time $50 vehicle registration fee to avoid towing. Parking without permit displayed or in the wrong spot is subject to immediate towing at owner’s expense. There is no open guest parking and only assigned parking. Street paid parking is available. The Host is not responsible for towing.

Each room can accommodate additional two guests with a sofa bed. Please be advised that sofa bed doesn’t provide the same comfort level as a regular bed. If the sofa bed doesn’t meet your needs and expectations, the Host will not issue a refund due to the sofa bed condition.

Check-in guest's government photo ID and mobile number for identity verification and confirmed guest to sign the rental agreement are required by the Host to check in.
