It’s a good deal for the location and its complete breakfast buffet which included eggs, sausages, muffin with gravy and cinnamon rolls. Though the place looks more outdated than the pictures, our room was clean. I was looking forward to the indoor pool, sadly the jacuzzi was broken and has been for years now.

We arrived very late and tired, and the staff at check-in was actually very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. When we entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke. We were exhausted from traveling, so we didn’t mention it at check-in, but it definitely affected the experience. Even more concerning, our room did not have a smoke detector installed, which made us feel unsafe. One of the beds had dirty bedding with a green, gooey substance on it. The next morning we also discovered that the coffee maker didn’t work. We stopped by the front desk and informed them about all the issues. The staff member told us it would be taken care of, gave us an extra set of bed sheets, and we requested no housekeeping. However, when we returned that night, nothing had been taken care of. There was still no smoke detector installed, and the coffee maker was still not working. For the price of the stay and the expectations of basic safety and cleanliness, this was very disappointing.

We needed a budget friendly but decent place near Henderson while visiting a sick friend and found BW to be the perfect place. The room was clean, staff was very nice and it was close to great places to eat. The beds were a bit hard but not terrible. The breakfast was not great but being able to make our own waffles was cool. We're going to definitely be back
