Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was a bit over- anxious and hovering, especially around my son, while getting food. He felt frustrated that he wasn't trusted to make a waffle. But it was tasty. Room had an odor, but was reasonably clean. Mattress hard. Location was great though.

Overnight stay on the way from Hoover Dam to Vegas. Perfectly acceptable accom option. Room was clean and comfortable. Service was great, couple of small issues resolved promptly by long term overnight front of house staff member who was pulling a double shift. Restaurant was excellent for a meal and quiet drink.

It is more like a motel but it does the trick.. A few things to improve are the frequence of room maintenance and the front desk reception. When I arrived there was no one in the front desk and when the person arrived she told me i had no reservation. After contacting HOTELS.COM they resent the confirmation email but apparently the lady had mischecked the data and the reservation was there from the beginning. Not a good experience. Anyone could get confused but a little more helpful attitude to solve the problem and double checking when i insisted, would have been expected. The same situation repeated when I asked if i had received Amazon packages, she said i had not received anything and did not check thoroughly, I had to check myself and find them.

Upon check in Vince was friendly and informative. However, that is where the experience changes. On the desk at check-in it mentions they only clean the rooms when asked, during your visit. Meaning you don't ask them not to clean your room, you have to ask to have it refreshed. While that isn't problematic, it did raise flags. Our room was not clean. My daughter described it as if it had been cleaned a week ago and forgotten about before putting us in it. There were fruit flies/gnats all over on the bathroom and dead bugs in the tub/shower. The headboard to our bed had hand prints all over it...... we did not pull the blankets back. The filters in the air vents were filthy. When we went to enjoy our free breakfast, my brother in law served himself some biscuits and gravy, with a side of dead flies in the gravy. While making the waffles for myself and kids, the lady working the breakfast room pushed her way up to "help the kids" very rudely, they didnt need help.. ages 14/12/12/11. Then the attendant goes out the door and makes an older, non-english speaking couple come back in and clean up their table...they weren't done. Just talking with there travel companions. She did not do this to anyone else. Then she started cleaning their table with a rag, that she used on the floor AND tables. We were done at that point.

Room was near the vent to the kitchen of the restaurant and wound up smelling like whatever was cooking. Room was was out of the 70s, overlooked the dumpsters from the restaurant, and the coffee machine still contained the last travellers coffee pod. Ice machines on all floors were inoperable and room service was ridiculously long...we ordered a pizza which took what seemed forever. The pizza did taste good. Front desk and cleaning staff we encountered were friendly.

Hotel was great mostly. A big older but the staff was friendly and the room was fairly clean. Breakfast was okay. Drink machines and other thinks out of order our whole stay and no variety of foods.
