We are a great location for our servicemen who get temporarily assigned to CREECH AIR FORCE BASE -- only 35 miles traffic-free drive North on Highway 95 (See Map (F)); or NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE -- only 10 miles to the East (See Map (G)). Also only 12 miles from Red Rock Natural Reserve area to the west and 18 miles to Valley of Fire to the northeast.

House has split floor plan, putting the Master Bedroom on the East side of the house separate from the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms, which are on the West side. Second bedroom has QUEEN BED. Third bedroom has 2 TWIN BEDS ideal for children or adults. Second bathroom accommodates bedrooms on the West side.


If you love to GOLF, Los Prados Golf Course and Painted Desert are just around the corner. If you are the outdoors type and enjoy hiking and sightseeing, we are only 20 minutes to RED ROCK CANYON. Only 15 minutes from LAS VEGAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY. Very close to EDC venue. This home is also near MT. CHARLESTON for the skiing enthusiasts or snow/nature lovers.

Near many local casinos like the Santa Fe, Sun Coast, Cannery with movie theaters, bowling alleys, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Then, of course, there is the Strip! We are only 20 minutes away from the FABULOUS LAS VEGAS STRIP.

Relax and unwind in the cozy family room with 52-inch Flat Screen HDTV, DVD player and butter soft leather sofa and overstuffed chair and ottoman. Cable TV also in each bedroom, VCR in master. We have a beautiful 8 FOOT OAK POOL TABLE and Pool Table Light in the large game room. We also have a lovely backyard with patio and lots of trees where you can barbecue or RELAX in the NEW 6-SEATER JACUZZI and watch the stars at night.

Our house is fully stocked with all kitchen utensils and appliances. Bathrooms are spacious with double sinks in each and plenty of towels for your use. We also have HIGH-SPEED WI-FI CABLE CONNECTION (bring your laptop.)

This home is ideally located in the northwest part of town near the mountains where it is peaceful and quiet and great views and near golf courses and Mt. Charleston, Lee Canyon is only 20 minutes away for hiking and skiing. Also nearby is Centennial Center with over 50 stores and restaurants (Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Target, Baja Fresh, Red Robins, IHOP, Chili's and many more). There are also numerous stores right in the neighborhood (Albertsons, Smith's, Fresh & Easy, Starbucks, Papa Johns, Panda Express, Carl's Jr., McDonald's)

This house is moderately priced because we are a little farther out, but still close enough to everything to have lots of fun or just unwind and relax.
