Escape to Las Vegas in luxury and style in this newly renovated four bedroom two and a half bath vacation home. This home is located near many major Las Vegas attractions. Its location makes travel a breese, only 6 miles to Harry Reid International airport. It has access to Las Vegas Boulevard and 15 freeway, guests can enjoy the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, Allegiant Stadium, and ALL Las Vegas has to offer within minutes. Not to mention the Southpoint Hotel within walking distance. Perfect for a weekend getaway or long-term stay.

The Space
This modern and cozy home features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with modern appliances, luxury linens and amenities, and smart technology. The downstairs living area includes an 85 inch QLED TV, electric fireplace, and oversized sectional sofa. The patio is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and plenty of patio seating.Retreat upstairs to one of the four bedrooms, all featuring upgraded memory foam mattresses and cotton linens. Each bedroom is equipped with its own high-definition television. Bathrooms are remodeled and spacious and include premium toiletries. 6 Beds, 3 Queens, 2 fulls, 1 role away twin.
