This is a gorgeous penthouse which is located next to the Bellagio Hotel and the brand new Cosmopolitan, we are located on the Las Vegas Strip!! It is beautiful, with a sparkling swimming pool (heated year round), jacuzzi, sauna, and countless other amenities. You can also use the amenities complimentary at the brand new Cosmopolitan Hotel/Casino with stunning amenities, restaurants, within feet away.. The amenities they have on site are: tennis courts (complimentary), pool (complimentary), spa/gym (extra fee), and much more.

There is no additional fee for the use of our Resort Amenities or the Amenities of the Cosmopolitan: Access to the Bamboo Pool and Boulevard Pool at the Cosmo is complimentary as well as the Spa and Tennis Courts. Amenities of the Jockey Club: Pool, Gym, Spa, etc are all included in the rental rate as well and there are no additional fees.

We have 6 individual beds in the Penthouse suite to accommodate 2 people luxuriously or a group of people getting together.

We have complimentary WIFI in the suite as well as the latest technological toys.

We are located directly on the strip next to the Bellagio Hotel and the Cosmpolitan. We are located at 3700 S. Las Vegas Blvd. (Bellagio Hotel is at 3600 S. Las Vegas Blvd).

Walk to the new City Center/Mandarin Oriental/Aria and much more!!! Access to the Monorail.

There's also valet parking on-site for $5/day or you can park your own car complimentary as well. We share parking with the Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino.

The two bedroom, two bath, penthouse suite would allow you to comfortably have up to eight people here. 2 queen beds in the master, 1 queen bed in the guest room, 2 full beds, and ample space throughout including an additional extra custom made bed if needed. Please let me know what dates you are interested in booking. Nightly, Weekly, and Monthly Rates! We can set up the extra beds if needed.

Beautiful place for guests with only 2 people or up to 8 guests.

Pros- Great location next to Cosmopolitan and Bellagio, and complimentary garage parking. Comfortable beds. Cons- Very dark, no view except of adjacent building walls on 2 sides. Some outlets and lamps broken/not working. Had to request clean sheets upon arrival, but Very responsive host, who sent brand new sheets immediately.

It’s a shame that an updated unit is NOT clean and many electric outlets did not work. You had to unplug some of the lamps to turn them off Although they did come back to reclean there was still dust, hair, dirty walls and floors.A visit from the largest cockroach I have ever seen topped off the stay. I advise minimizing the dusty decorative items

Very large for all of us to be comfortable, lots of great amenities and nice touches included to help our stay be even more amazing, and was also great to be such a key location both on the strip and within the cosmopolitan and we were also able to use the cosmopolitan pool, which is great!! Daughter's 21st Birthday

The property is located in a great spot. You do not have a view of the strip from the property, but that worked for us. The manager was always available for questions. When we checked in, security put us in the wrong room. That was very frustrating since I had Las Vegas Decorators come and decorate for my daughter's birthday. But the manger made the security staff come help us move all the decorations. So it worked out. She also told the hotel that we should get a refund, although that did not happen, she was available to assist us. We did have trouble with the heat. The rooms were chilly. The property was conveniently located by the taxi/ uber area. We would stay here again.Thank you for your hospitality.

Its not what you would expect. Very dated and not cleaned very well. Uncomfortable furniture and not set up well. We didnt spend much time there but I guess thats what you do in Vegas. IT lists as Penthouse but thats just the floor your on. No view of anything. The building is very dated. 1 Glass big enough to put ice in. Location is good and parking was also good. Your money dosent go far in Vegas anymore. We will go back to staying off the strip next time.

1st time in Vegas? Look no where else

Place was very well kept and clean. Spacious enough for 6 to sleep comfortably. Directly on the cosmopolitan property. Directly on the strip! Perfect location for anyone who wants to be in walking distance of everything. For the price location & comfortability look no where else!

They moved us to a comparable place.We were given two beds instead of 4 and a rollaway cot! Accommodation were nothing as pictured huge downgrade because of plumbing issues.Given a 700.00 refund but it still felt a little like a scam!

Disappointed

We arrived early on Aug 2 and the host did allow us for an early check in. After that things were not at all what we expected. The luxurious and gorgeous penthouse was very misleading and so were the photos. We were under the impression we were in the cosmopolitan hotel with a private pool. This was not the case. We were in an alley between the cosmopolitan and the Bellagio in a run down old hotel. We get to the penthouse and the AC was not working. We contacted the host and property manager who then called maintenance and they brought us 1 fan for the entire penthouse. Maintenance also told us this is a reoccurring problem and the owner did not want to fix it. We explained this to the host/manager along with what can you do to find us a different place to stay. They could not provide us with any other accommodations. After back and forth with the manager nothing was ever done to help with cooling of the penthouse. It stayed above 80 the entire time in the bedrooms. We had to take cold showers just to keep cool. The showers were very outdated and the tub had not 1 but 3 chips in it. The sink did not drain and the overall “luxurious and gorgeous” was not holding true. We returned home from our weekend trip and still had heard nothing for a compensation for the inconvenience of not having AC all weekend so I contacted the host/manager and they did offer us a refund. My family was not happy with the amount that was refunded. Needless to say we will not be using this again.
