FEEDBACK FOR OYO HOTEL – SHAMEFUL, ABUSIVE, AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE I want to document the terrible experience we had at this hotel. We made a reservation in advance —which they only allow by phone or online— and we clearly informed the agent that we would pay at the hotel’s front desk. Everything was confirmed with no issues. When we went to the counter to add one more night to our existing reservation, the employee told us —with complete irresponsibility— not to pay that day and to come back the next morning instead. We trusted his instructions. When we returned the next day, we were shocked to find that our reservation had been canceled without any notification, and the worst part: no one took responsibility. They offered no help, no solution, and not even the slightest intention to fix their own mistake. To make matters worse, when we tried to remake the reservation over the phone, they tried to charge us double the original price —basically charging us for ONE night what we paid for FOUR nights on expedia.com An outrageous and abusive practice. We lost over an hour the previous day following their wrong instructions, and they made us waste even more time on Saturday. The disorganization, negligence, and complete lack of professionalism from the staff are alarming. No hotel that claims to offer service should treat guests this way. A frustrating, abusive, and embarrassing experience that I would never recommend to anyone.

The carpet and floors were filthy. I had to take a cold shower in the morning - no hot water. Very thin blanket on bed - I froze until I figured out how to turn the heat up. No fridge, no microwave. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner did not come out of the bottles on the shower wall. Had to use a cheap square bar of soap to wash the body and hair. Will never stay there again! The staff was very friendly, and the casino was terrific! They really need to clean the rooms they have customers in!

Being charged for parking at the hotel I was staying in was a new one for me!!! booking thru Hotels.com was a complete mistake and rip-off!!! I sent a message to the hotel because I was arriving early in the morning and they never answered back, but I did get 2 promotional messages from the hotel. I got to the hotel and asked about a closet for our suitcases and that is something they don’t offer when their message said they did. BUT you can check in for $40. That is why they did not replaced to my message. Room was what I booked. Just some rusting accessories in the restroom and the water from you mini bathtub takes for ever to leave. They will try to sell you a timeshare

Reasonable price. Our state was during F1 and we were minutes away from all the action. Right on the strip. Not the cleanest place but you get what you pay for. There was someone else's hair in the shower. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
