The hotel is clean, nice, convenient and very reasonable in price. My only complaint is check-in, One clerk and a very very long line. The hotel should permit on-line check-in or hire more clerks.

This place was extremely filthy. Two of the three elevators were out of service. There was no soap or shampoo and conditioner in the room. The bed wasn’t made. There was paint all over the bathroom vanity. The lamp was all dented/crushed. I expected the room to be immaculate since they do require a $300 deposit. The parking is not included.

The shower head broke and the repair man said he doesn’t know how to fix and they told us they would move us rooms. And they never did. They offered free 3pm late checkout and when I went downstairs to ask about the room change they told me that I didn’t have late checkout and that I needed to leave and they were very rude to me. Worst experience at a Las Vegas hotel ever. Worst of all they haven’t returned my $300 deposit and their phone systems were down the entire stay. We never showered.

Should have torn this hotel down not the Tropicana

Horrible hotel! A/C wasn’t working in the room. Dirty and unkept room. Most of the elevators were broken, and the ones that were working were very slow. Had an attendant in the elevator which was weird and awkward. Reserved a pool view room and got a view overlooking the Tropicana construction. When I told management about my concerns they did nothing.

I’ve stayed here multiple times always an issue elevator being broken. This time I couldn’t even check in because their payment system was down for hours. They didn’t want to refund me after I canceled. Manager was rude and said phones were down too so Expedia couldn’t even contact them for my refund. They have the nerve to charge a $300 deposit and $50 resort fee too unbelievable!

Had to change rooms because of beeping smoke detector and running toilet. Second room stunk of weed and the bed was caved in. Everything was old and dirty. They had an elevator operator in tiny elevators. Front desk was responsive though and the parking was okay, if WAY too tight.

Formally the resort fee is included in the price and most I've ever paid for one was $30 or so dollars. A $50+ dollar fee was not expected. Then we had to pay for parking.. $30.. so an extra $80 on top of what we were expecting to pay. Also the bed was awful. Could feel every spring.
