Our experience with Palm Place was extremely disappointing. We booked a room with a kitchen specifically because our children have food allergies and need meals prepared in the room. However, the cooktop was not working, and there were insufficient cooking utensils such as a spatula, lids, and pans. The sofa bed was ripped, the night lamp had no bulb, and the water appeared dirty.
We contacted Palm Place management multiple times and were told someone would come to fix the issues, but despite 4–5 follow-ups during our stay, no one resolved them. Only one person came to inspect the cooktop, said owner approval was needed to replace it, and then left. After that, there was no further response. Even the Expedia team attempted to contact management, but Palm Place refused to address the problems.
This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will never stay at Palm Place again and will strongly advise my friends and family not to stay there either.
