It was the worst stay in my life. It was really disappointing because I’ve always wanted to stay there. When it came to with the room, I kept calling the actual hotel. They kept hanging up on me and this happened about four times so I just booked it through Travelocity when we got there there was no one in the front desk we had to wait about 30 minutes and they still prioritized other people even though we were the first ones in line finally when we got to our room it was so dirty and disgusting. There was nasty things on the wall, the pictures and the chairs I did not feel comfortable with my kids staying there, and when I wanted to walk through with my children across the lobby, security stopped us and was being very rude. I will never stay in this hotel casino again.

Heater didn’t work too cold to stay an extra day so I miss a day. I had to leave a day before they couldn’t switch me to another room because they didn’t have another one available and one extra blanket didn’t help. It was too cold.
