Room make me incredibly sick and front desk lady didnt care Period, she was rude ,disrespectful and needs to not be in customer service. When someone tells you they are getting sick after a night inthe room could they check to see if an animal was in the room or at least clean the room . Very unhealthy place .. under the air-conditioning was at least a half of inch of dust build up, disgusting

Had a great time in a local business owner and love to come and stay here once a month . My problem is the players card . Can’t seem to get it to work when booking my room . Went to players club for help and they sent me to front desk . It was a back and for game . Still don’t know how to get it to work . I’ve messaged on line and no response. I’ve tried everything to get help and nothing . It keep telling me down for maintenance for over 3 weeks . Won’t even let me login so I can get my room discount a little disappointed in this.

The front desk staff was rude. We had a hotel with a view of another building’s entrance. We asked the front desk to move us and she acted like we interrupted her life. We wanted a room that has less traffic and they put us adjacent to other hotel rooms facing their windows. Poor service

We loved the Salt Steak restaurant food + service (5 stars)! Also most staff were nice at Golden Nugget. BUT, here’s where the horror movie starts: We cracked a window to let in fresh air on Friday night. The next day we woke up to many insect bites and witnessed a barrage of various insects (nats, mosquitos, flies, ect) swarming around. According to the office we called, Apparently the hotel was changing out window screens and had not gotten to our room (457) before we occupied it so we were under attack in our sleep. When we called the office they were quick to send someone up to suck up many insects all over, but that didn’t soothe the bumps and bites and anxiety. The room was also stuffy likely due to the rain. They refused us a new room or refund. We also had delays eating at some restaurants (bubba gumps) due to flooding. But the bartender was great.

The celing was leaking all over the casino floor. The hallway to my room had wet carpet. The facilities were dirty. It really was a shame as I've always stayed there, but not be staying there on my next time.
