We had 2 rooms the Ac in our room only cooled really good at night. Our bed was broken, when the room was cleaned, coffee was not replenished, mat and lotion either. The second room was never cleaned and there was no hair dryer. My parents came back to their room at around midnight didn’t feel like bothering anyone. They’re in their 80’s and had no clean towels, when I complained to the front desk I was told, please let us know next time.

Enjoy the property, 1 big exception, came back to room after day of golf, and no hot water. Went to dinner reservation we stunk, not good. Next morning had to turn water all the way to hot to get warm to finally take a shower.

I stayed in several different places in Laughlin because I will be there for work multiple times. This was my favorite for multiple reasons: the weekday prices are only slightly higher than the crummy motels, fairly modern facility compared with other places, friendly front desk, covered parking and nice pool. I don’t gamble so I don’t have any opinions about that aspect. Nice place

On a Friday night, there was not a single place open to eat. Went next door to The Pioneer, that had restaurants still open and actually had a live band. Spent most of our time over there.
