It was okay. It is an older building. The pool area wasn't secured. Anyone could walk in and they did. The housekeeping staff were so friendly and very efficient. Great variety of restaurants and friendly staff.

Overall well recommended!

The room is nice very clean. I did not expect it to be that good. The restroom is very nice, clean, big they also have dispensers for shampoo, body wash n conditioner. The bed is very comfortable. The only issues is the air conditioner is noisy.

Pet friendly

Great Hotel, very professional staff. We brought our Yorkie, and he was treated like a V.P. the only small item was the toilet seat had 1 screw missing. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to friends and families. Keep up the great work and professional service. The Del Real Family

I haven’t been to Laughlin in years. The staff were friendly and the room was convenient. I was just surprised to see that Laughlin has turned in to such a ghost town with everything closed up.

The manager took good care of me and my wife and kids. The room we got when we arrived it was hot and she sent up the guy to take a look at it. Then she gave me a different room down the hall. Then a few hours later by the time we go back in it that room was even hotter then the first one. So she then gave us a room poolside for the kids for the inconvenience and all the trouble . Amazing costumer service.

The rooms air conditioner was not working when we fisrt went to our room. we called the front dest twice they finally sent maintenaince man upwho came in the room radio on the person on the other end of the phone sounded like the front desk lady who i had called said I was grumpy and complaining about the air which I heard them speaking together on the radio .I thought how incredibly unproffesional im hearing them talking about me out loud in our room!!!
