It was the worst stay in my life. It was really disappointing because I’ve always wanted to stay there. When it came to with the room, I kept calling the actual hotel. They kept hanging up on me and this happened about four times so I just booked it through Travelocity when we got there there was no one in the front desk we had to wait about 30 minutes and they still prioritized other people even though we were the first ones in line finally when we got to our room it was so dirty and disgusting. There was nasty things on the wall, the pictures and the chairs I did not feel comfortable with my kids staying there, and when I wanted to walk through with my children across the lobby, security stopped us and was being very rude. I will never stay in this hotel casino again.

We stayed here as part of a larger group and overall the experience was okay, but there were several issues that kept it from being better. The hotel advertises newly renovated rooms, but that seemed to apply to only a small portion of the property. All five rooms our group received were very dated. There was visible mold around the shower, including on the walls and beneath the wallpaper. The beds had noticeable low spots from wear, which made sleeping uncomfortable. There were also some room assignment issues at check in. We were initially placed in a room with two queen beds instead of the king we had booked. Another couple in our group was assigned a room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, despite the hotel being advertised as non smoking. They did move both of us to a different room, which we appreciated. On the positive side, the location is convenient and the hotel has a good variety of restaurants on site. Walking through the casino floor was not overly smoky, which was nice since we had three kids in our group. Parking is also a plus for oversized vehicles. It is located across the street, but security patrols the lot about every 30 minutes, which helped us feel more comfortable. Overall, the hotel is serviceable and has some good features, but the condition of the rooms and inconsistencies with the “renovated” claim made it fall short of expectations.

We stayed here because it was pet friendly. Our room patio was on the enclosed courtyard with grass and trees where dogs can be off leash and do their business. No stray piles on the ground. Our dog loved it! We sat in the patio chairs at night under the trees with him and enjoyed the evening air. Also staff were great and the room was very nice. We’ll be back.

The staff was helpful for our first stay here at the property, they were also very accommodating with our pet we took also. There were restrictions for the pet that had to be followed for your safety and others, the room was also great! It shared a common outdoor area for the pets to hang around. Food options were great also, the restaurant Claim Jumper was exceptional! I would definitely stay at this hotel again for future stays.
