The location was ideal for me, the convenience of having Burger King, Popeyes, Chick-fil-A, Wing Stop and IHOP in walking distance. The room is a bit dated but clean.

I have encountered a security issue related to it. I am sharing the details of the serious security concerns I have encountered. At 11:30 pm local time, someone was repeatedly banging on my door. Later, the individual then struck the door of room 112 with a housekeeping cart, blocking my exit. I have attached photographs that document the damage and the unsafe situation.

Couldnt readily get the AC to warm the room as it was very cold. The toilet had to be cranked to be flushed and it was running water throughout the night. The Receptionist was not very pleasant, was dismissive when asked questions. It was our first time in the area and we expected a friendlier atmosphere.

Shuttle to/from airport was great. They picked me up as soon as I made it out of the airport. I called when I landed and waited no longer than 2 minutes after I made it through the airport. Driver on the way to the airport was wonderful and friendly.
