Tub drain was broken. Room was in need of some upgrades. Bed and pillows were less than comfortable. TV was the size of toaster. Staff at the desk was rather aloof. Cleaning folks were nice and got tipped.

The location is great, walking distance to food areas, shopping and a Costco. The shuttle service to and from the airport is very convenient. The rooms need upgrading. The rooms are not very clean. The staff at the front desk not friendly or courteous. The shuttle drivers are very nice.

Great location for just an over night close to JFK. Staff very friendly and thoughtful. Nice breakfast. My only concern is the window air conditioner was very dirty (filthy). This can contribute to poor air quality or illness. suggest cleaning and providing maintenance to the air conditioning to ensure good health quality and system life.

Great overnight stay Hotel older but VERY clean and comfortable. Great location and the staff were wonderful!! I would definitely recommend. Great shuttle service to and from the hotel and breakfast was nice.

Friendly manager on front desk Friendly shuttle driver at 6am. We could not get pick up on the way to the hotel (took at uber: $30) but booked the shuttle back to the airport. That worked very well. Pubic hair in hotel room bathroom, someone’s tweezers on bedroom floor. Didn’t leave you with feeling it was clean
