"The cover on the bed had hair & “snacks” on it so not very appealing. The breakfast lady was touching food with her hands, no gloves. She would use the same cloth to wipe tables then straighten bagels, etc. and refurnish plastic cutlery right after. Pool was the best I’ve seen in ages, the hot tub excellent. Did not like the price difference each night though as I thought I was getting 4 nights at the same price. We were there to bury my brother not go to a football game which seems to have driven up the price. The hotel is old and in need of renovations. I had requested a ground floor room if no elevator and was given second floor which I pulled myself up step by step as feet were acting up. Thought I could do it but it was very painful every step. Didn’t want to relocate after first night but should have. My message was there in my email about getting a ground floor room or close to an elevator. Breakfast was sufficient and well stocked. Location was good being close to family."
