Luxury hotel in the centre of the city. Great service. Lovely room with fantastic bathroom. High quality accessories in the room and bathroom. Attentive and friendly staff across the board. Slightly disappointing breakfast stopped me giving 5 stars, but that is being picky and wouldn't put me off returning.

Room was extremely clean and the cleaning staff is very attentive. The highlight of the hotel experience was that the hotel staff is extremely knowledgeable on some of the best eats and fado locations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

If I could have given 10 stars that is how I would rate my husband and I stay. The best service I think I have ever experienced- very attentive and I felt very pampered. Great safe location with plenty of shopping and good restaurants. I recommend springing for the breakfast the Hotel offers, it was amazing!
