We were sent to a room with broken AC. They knew it was broken, refused to change us to another room and offered a fan, instead!!! We had to talk to the manager only to find out they had more rooms available. There was no bell boy to take our luggage to the other room, and we had to do it ourselves. The reception person was completely useless, unprofessional and unfriendly. Really disappointed from the whole experience!

Check in was very quick and the hotel was very centrally located. The elevator was small and slow and stuffy and always crowed. The room was really nice I found the light situation funny. In room 837 not sure all rooms but there were 3 panels of 6 light switches each working an over 30 lights all over the room - ALL UNMARKED. So I would literally turn on and off over 10 lights each time trying to figure out what switch is which. The comforter was top notch but the pillows were not. Overall I was super happy at the reasonable price point. Oh and there was a pretty extensive buffet to my pleasant surprise the next morning. Definitely a nice touch.

Beautiful property with excellent service. We arrived before check-in time and were allowed to use the facilities which was great. The rooftop pool was wonderful and we also enjoyed the spa pools and steam room. Great ways to get rid of the jet lag! We would recommend to friends.
