The room was very clean and had a comfortable, contemporary modern interior. The closet had six doors and was spacious and easy to use. The bathroom had two washbasins, which was convenient for two people to use at the same time. Toothbrushes, razors, and shower caps were provided. Tea bags and an electric kettle were also provided. The location was great.

The breakfast menu had no good option fruits, and not even decaf coffee. Staff made us wait in the lobby and were super rude in their demeanor as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there. The entire hotel had a sewer like stink in the pathways and stairways. Location is great but I would not recommend this to anyone, much better options all around. This is a three star for a reason otherwise we were surprised why it was not a four star.

This hotel is in the best spot in Lisbon. All attractions are within walking distance, and the Metro at the entrance to the hotel. The staff were friendly and answered all questions that were asked. The room was a lot larger than expected.

What a great centrally located hotel. We loved that the location was in the middle of it all and just a few steps from the subway exit. Great location to walk to christmas markets and shopping.

There is no self-parking, be advised, we had to take our car back early as no street parking. The lobby smelled like a toilet when we came in, not sure why. Two cleaning ladies were arguing with management and it was so loud, I asked to them take the conversation somewhere else. The room (525) was terribly disappointing, needs lots of mainetnece. The TV is tiny has has cables hanging from the back. The split AC needs maintenance. Water leak stains on the ceiling and wall. If I was not as tired, I would check out and go somewhere else, but just too tired after driving all day… they moved us to 326 the next day and much better.

The shower was very nice; big, great water pressure. Would have liked to have coffee in the room, there was tea. Beds were comfortable, but the rooms looked nothing like what is pictured. I had reserved 2 superior twin rooms, one may have been the 2nd definitely was not, each room had 3 twin beds, I had reserved rooms for 2 people. The walls in our room were very dirty. No USB ports. I will not stay here again. And would not recommend it. Three star rating is pushing it.
