Excellent premium room, friendly and helpful staff, and you can’t beat the location. Pool area is so peaceful away from the street to just sit and enjoy a lunch. Appreciated the help with a shuttle back to the airport as it was a much cheaper option.

This hotel is very conveniently located, with relatively easy access to airport, cruise terminal, and shopping and dining. Only downside is that the entrance is on a pedestrian street, so you have to walk your luggage about a block from the closest possible uber or taxi drop-off location.

We had a nice stay, the best thing about the hotel was the location and the friendliness of the reception. The foyer and common areas of the hotel were beautiful but the room felt very dated. For what we paid, service and the location we were happy with our stay.

I cannot speak more highly of a hotel than this. The front desk staff was wonderful. The room was beautiful, breakfast was satisfying, the location perfect and the general manager was a delight to speak with. Definitely would stay again in Lisbon.
