A cosy newly renovated two bedroom apartment with a large terrace in the heart of one most typical districts of Lisbon – GRAÇA. Ideal for couples, friends or big families. At a walking distance of Miradouro da Senhora do Monte and Miradouro da Graça, were you can find two of the most beautiful views of Lisbon, Feira da Ladra – the city flea market- São Vicente Monastery and Panteão Nacional. The famous tram 28 stop is also just around the corner!

A sunny two bedroom apartment equipped with all you need to a nice stay! Located about 20 meters from Largo da Graça, the main square of the district, at the first floor of a classical building on a quiet street, this apartment was totally renovated. The neighbourhood is plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and local groceries so shopping is an easy task. At this apartment you can find a: Bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed. A closet is also available. Bedroom with two single beds Living room with a dining area, sofa bed, LCD TV, Free Wi-Fi. You can also find a small balcony Bathroom with shower cabin Full equipped kitchen Furthermore the great terrace is the perfect spot to begin the day with a nice breakfast or have a drink in hot summer nights. Bed linen and towels are provided.

We will be pleased to receive you at the check-in and guide you in the apartment. During your stay we will be always available for any question.

The faster and easier way to get the apartment from the airport is by Uber or taxi. It takes about 15 minutes. If you arrive by train Sta. Apolónia station is at 1 km distance. There you can take the bus (nr. 734) if you don’t want to walk. Around the apartment the parking zone is free.

TrĂšs beau patio, trĂšs pratique. Endroit tranquille. Rue en forte pente, comme Ă  bien d’endroit Ă  Lisbonne. Au moment de quitter, on nous a demandĂ© de rembourser la taxe de sĂ©jour, ça n’apparaissait pas dans les conditions de rĂ©servation. Cependant, les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs accommodants, pour remiser les bagages et pour accĂ©der plus tĂŽt, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ©.

Bons Ă©changes avec les propriĂ©taires. L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©. Le quartier de GRAÇA est un quartier vivant et trĂšs portugais. Le seul bĂ©mol pour moi est qu'il n'y a pas Ă  l'arrivĂ©e dans l'appartement une boisson fraĂźche pour se dĂ©saltĂ©rer.

Voilà une belle adresse à conseiller, les propriétaires sont trÚs gentils et de trÚs bon conseil. Le quartier est un peu en dehors du centre de la ville et c'est une bonne chose, car il y a moins de bruit. Le tram 28 est trÚs pratique pour se rendre au centre, mais le temps d'attente est trÚs variable. Nous avons passé un agréble séjour

Lisbon w/Small Family

This home was perfect for our family of four, which included two small children. The hosts provided everything we needed for our short stay and were very communicative. While the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the terrace, that would have just been icing on the cake. The location is close to several restaurants, markets, sites and public transportation. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate Sara & Paulo being so responsive and answering any questions we had.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was great and a perfect base for exploring Lisbon. We were a family of four and found there was plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you should need including a great coffee machine. The icing on the cake was the garden terrace which we spent most evenings on. No AC but fans in the living room and bedrooms which were perfectly fine. From a location point of view, you are minutes from the main street of Graça with its supermarket and plenty of good restaurants. It’s also only a short walk to Alfama and no more than 15 minutes from a few different metro stations. I’d personally recommending an Uber for getting further a field, we paid around 10 Euros to get to BelĂ©m and you avoid walking up some of the steep hills around the apartment. Communication was fast throughout and check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Our hosts left a bottle of lovely wine and some Pastel de natas which was a lovely touch. All-in-all a wonderful stay and I’d have no hesitation in recommending the apartment.

Fantastic Property as photos show

The property was clean and smelt very nice. Rooms were all great snd kitchen was just right. Hosts left a bottle of wine and carton of orange juice which was a nice touch. The outdoor area is simply perfect for guests if you want to rest outside from city. My older mother chose not to always go visiting with is - so perfect! Fabulous apartment great location

Apartment exactly as described, terrace larger than expected. (Great coffee machine, might buy one !). Directions perfect. Great location, 20 mins €12 taxi from airport, with all amenities, bakery, restaurants, take away, within 100mts, 5 mins walk from amazing view point. On the Tram 28 route. Can walk to castle, & other sights. I do have quite high standards, and struggle to find any criticism. Hosts great to contact with. Thanks 👍

Hilltop Home

Sara and Paulo are wonderfully attentive hosts. Loved the old world charm of the apartment efficiently outfitted. Having our own patio to sit and relax in the morning and evening was heavenly! I watched the swallows swoop the sky above the rooftops every evening. The steep hills of the neighborhood were worth every step to be so close to charming restaurants and magnificent views of Lisbon.

Wonderful apartment in charming community

Had a lovely 3 night stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the back terrace was a beautiful place for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Hosts were very helpful and responsive with all our needs. Highly recommend!

Great place to relax

My husband and I stayed here with my sister and brother-in-law. It worked out very well for us. Sarah and Paulo were great with communication and helpful when we had inquiries. The place was very clean. It was located near transportation, easily accessible to groceries and restaurants. We loved the back patio. It was a great place to sit and have breakfast, as well as chilling after exploring Lisbon. We can't comment on noise level as we stayed during a week long celebration of a saint which there was a lot of celebrating in the streets. The kitchen and bathroom are a little bit on the smaller side, but we easily made it work. If one was to stay during the hot summers you may find it stuff as there is no air conditioning, but with the fans and keeping the windows and doors open for a cross breeze, that could resolve it. If you are driving, parking on the streets is tight, but there is a parkade just around the block which is very helpful. We loved our stay here and would not hesitate to recommend it at all!
