Nice hotel, decent sized family room, awesome breakfast, great shower, friendly staff - resolved items quickly. Nice quiet and safe area, next to lots of tube options, including a direct tube to Heathrow.

I felt the pictures on the website where misleading. I probably didn't read it closely enough but there was barely enough room for me to roll my suitcase into the room. There was a strong mildew smell, especially in the bathroom. My room was $383 for a small, smelly shoebox. The staff were delightful and the breakfast was good. It's a good location to the train station. Still, I can't recommend this hotel for the price.

Heavy demolition is going on behind the hotel, and the room we were given gave a full-on view of the noisy work. The room pictured in your image is nothing like the exceedingly cramped and dark room we received. That photo must have been taken elsewhere. When we asked that a cab be called, a private individual appeared to give us a ride -- not a cab. We will not use this hotel again under any circumstance.

Great location. Close to King’s Crossing as well as Russell square, British museum and British Library. Clean and quiet.
