This stunning Townhouse is located at the very heart of an exciting London, with fantastic access to all major touristic highlights, West-End theatres, fanciest restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. Famous Hakkasan Restaurant as well as a most popular London Pub are along Hanway Street!

The residence is beautifully furnished and offers ample private space for friends and extended families gatherings while the prime location off Oxford Street places you within the street life of THE VERY LONDON

THE SPACE

Five bedrooms for up to 10 guests make MOMENTS a fabulous choice for families, groups and couples.

The centerpiece of the home is its open plan kitchen with a dining table as well as a chill out sofa corner where you can relax and share stories.

Five bedrooms are spread over four floors which will allow privacy for large groups or extended families to decide on their own schedule without disturbing each other.

Please note that the kitchen and living area are on the lower ground floor.

The interior will keep you entertained by a happy palette of colors, illuminated by natural light and various impressive chandeliers. Each bedroom is set up with a king size bed (UK standard).

Three shared bathrooms are spread over five floors: One is to find on lower ground floor adjacent to the sit-in kitchen (comes with shower)

The other two bathrooms are on the 1st floor and 3rd floor each adjacent to a bedroom. The bathroom on the top floor has a shower, while the other one offers a bathtub with an integrated shower.

There is hardly a finer location from which to experience the exciting spirit and vibrant contemporary scene of the City of the World. You're directly off Oxford Street, super close to Covent Garden and Soho, British Museum is within a 5 minutes walk, Regent Street and a few paces from the famed designer boutiques at Liberty. Enjoy an easy stroll to Hyde Park, or head towards Trafalgar Square and the London Eye. Countless iconic destinations are within minutes on foot, and the city's four major airports are all within 45 minutes of your door.

GUEST ACCESS

The entire apartment with all amenities is accessible for my guests.

All closets are empty but full of hangers, you will find toiletries and hair dryers in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, china, glasses, and cutlery.

Basics like tea, coffee, water, milk, capsules for the Nespresso Machine are provided to make sure your arrival will be relaxed. Detergents for washing machine and dishwasher are provided for 3 nights stay.

IMPORTANT NOTES

● All bed sizes are given in UK sizes which might differ from your countries sizes
● We do not recommend booking the house as a family with kids under 12
● We do not recommend booking the house in case you have difficulties taking stairs.
● It can be noisy during the weekend due to the city center location. Please ask for a quiet alternative apartment in case you are a light sleeper
● Disputes and Chargebacks must first be addressed between host and guest. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, all reprocessing fees and all associated legal fees may be applied.

Outstanding Location to See London!

We all enjoyed the place. Location and property was as advertised! It was about 400 feet off Oxford Street and have a couple of local bars super close. Great vibe and everything was walkable (Chinatown, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, ...). My whole group said it was the best place and location!

Terrific Home!

This is a terrific home in the heart of the most entertaining area of London. We really enjoyed the location and opportunities to explore London right from the centre. A characterful massive house with everything a large group requires, especially if it is only a short stay like in our case. We were travelling into London early morning, the owner was super friendly to let us get into the house as early as possible. The beds are very comfortable, the design is upscale and functional, the kitchen very well equipped, the entire house perfectly immaculate clean - all in all amazing! Previous reviews are unfair since its clearly stated that the house is not great for families with young kids due to the stairs and the city with bars and all in front of your doorstep. Overall, a fantastic experience which we would recommend.

Perfect for large group!

The house is absolutely amazing and spotless clean. Everything has been catered for and is decorated tastefully. We especially liked the idea of each couple having their own floor, the house is spread over 5 floors and gave us good privacy. It is such in a perfect location! Super close to 3 main tube stations - Tottenham Court Road, Oxford Circus and Leicester SQ station! Supermarkets like Tesco, Mark and Spencer’s and Sainsbury.. Oxford Street shopping Grocery stores, walking distance to British museum and all of the good shopping on Oxford Street, great to be able to walk to all touristic highlights - what more could one ask for! We immediately felt comfortable and at home. Rob is responsive and super helpful, with a seamless check in and out process. An outstanding stay overall and we certainly hope to return for a longer visit.

This property was quite roomy, especially for London. Central location for sure-- the only minor complaint we had is the noise from adjacent pubs/venues-- something that is hard to avoid in any large city. Rooms were well-designed and appropriated. Communication with owner was fantastic-- he was responsive and understanding. Nice property!

Very disappointing

This property is 2 doors down from a bar. Subsequently the noise level picks up after 10pm and continued past 2am - one night until 3.30am! Thankfully it stopped before we called the police! . Luckily, maybe because it was Xmas time, the bar was shut after our third night so my family caught up on some sleep! The street the house is on is also a pedestrian cut through from Tottenham Court Road. It can get busy from time to time there is also a lot of bagged trash around too (apparently residential London can be like this) . The ‘house’ looks like it was once former offices, now converted to a residence. 2 rooms do not have closets. There are 5 flights of stairs to get to the top bedroom. So this property is probably not suitable for handicapped, elderly or disabled clients. The ground floor bedroom is right next to the ‘noise’! The house badly needs updating. I agree with a previous reviewer, the house is not in the condition depicted in the photos. Things were not as clean as they could have been. Some maintenance is needed. I didn’t dare look at the mattresses, and the throws on the beds were dirty. The bathrooms again, need a lot of TLC (particularly the basement bathroom) I loved the tape around the shower head! LOL If I had a favorite room it would be the basement. My family would congregate and watch some TV / dine together when we were in. This room has its foibles too. Rug in this room needs replacing (not safe -tripped up several times) as does the 2-seater couch. The owner Robert seems very pleasant. Was receptive to my request for a small Christmas tree. Answered my questions promptly before arrival and even provided airport transfer one-way for 2 of my family members. Very disappointed that my main concern was not addressed. The front door lock was extremely difficult to open. The security chain was broken off ( not good considering a bar was 2 doors down). I let the owner know. It was before Xmas but I was told that given it was holiday time nothing could be done immediately. For 7 nights we were there it was never fixed. So happy we weren’t stuck outside. Lucky! Proximity to places of interest is good. Be warned it’s a high traffic area and can get noisy.

Beware: very loud location and property doesn’t look like photos

If you are planning to sleep before 3am, do not book this rental. The street is filled with people from a nearby bar, many standing directly outside the thin windows of the property. Inside the property it sounds like you are in a loud bar, every single night. This property also doesn’t live up to the heavily edited photographs. Many of the furnishings pictured are not there. The rugs have been changed. The living and kitchen area are in a basement and don’t have windows. The beds are heavily used and not comfortable. We left after five nights and I requested a refund for my two remaining nights. We were tired and needed to be somewhere we could sleep. The host denied my request. We made a mistake renting a place that was new to the VRBO platform and had no reviews.
