Very welcome as soon as we entered the hotel. Everything was explained and nothing was to much trouble. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent extras in the room . The only downside was the toilet and even though it was obscured glass cubicle it was slightly off putting knowing your silhouette was outlined whilst …….doing your business. Apart from that highly recommended hotel , great stay .

It was lovely. We were greeted warmly and offered a discount car’s for a cocktail in the bar. My room was nicely kitted out and I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The bar and restaurant were staffed with really good staff and my food and drinks were great. Top draw

As soon as you enter the hotel you are met with a very fresh and clean aroma which continues throughout. Very comforting. The reception staff were very polite and friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. The breakfast is quite expensive, especially following the addition of service charge, but worth it with high quality ingredients, well presented and a quite exceptional cold table. Our room was comfortable with a very comfy bed and pillows and very clever bathroom configuration. This impressive hotel is perfectly located being within easy walking distance to both the town centre, a stroll along the river or a walk in Richmond Park. We would definitely recommend and return in the future

For the price we paid our room was looking at a parking lot and the garbage bins on the ground floor. And also just down the hall from a big Christmas party. The evening staff at the front desk were also not very friend at all. It's nice and close to the park and has a great gym. Those were the only perks this stay.
