The waitress wasn't very attentive and never let us know it was the end of her shift. We asked to see a dinner menu several times and finally got one. The check in clerks were excellent. Finding our way to terminal 3 was an adventure!

Great between-flights-hotel

The Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) is located adjacent to Terminal 2 at Heathrow. If you need to travel from/to Terminal 3, do not attempt to walk on the streets/sidewalks as there are some tricky street crossings. There is an underground passageway between Terminals 2 & 3. This is the same passageway you would take for the train stations. The HGI is a fine hotel for an overnight stay between flights. The room is spacious by London standards with all the expected amenities. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is a market in Terminal 2 (accessed through the parking structure) for late eating if you prefer. Unfortunately, jogging or running on the streets outside the HGI is nearly impossible - mostly no sidewalks. Your best option is to run laps in the attached parking structure between the HGI and Terminal 2.

Great Experience!

Very convenient location if you are flying in or out of Heathrow Terminal 2 or 3. Rooms are quiet, clean and very comfortable. Easy walk to the terminals.
