Unfortunately our room had no water all evening until around 10pm. Our little boy was asleep by then and was unable to have a bath. We had an early flight so had to check out early meaning he couldn’t have one in the morning either, and we couldn’t have showers! Also, air-con wasn’t working at all. Our “runway view suite” one had a tiny slither of airport view which was disappointing. The staff however were lovely and did what they could with the water and aircon situation.

It was easy to get to from Heathrow. There was a bar /restaurant near check in that I would have gone to if I wasn’t leaving early the next morning. It looked warm and inviting. It was a lovely experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel near Heathrow. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Never heard another person.

Very good staff and very good service. Kind and polite people and positive atmosphere. Very close the T3 Heathrow. Best connectivity by airport shuttle. Best place if you are transiting via Heathrow. Highly recommended.

Bright and open and modern lobby to greet you. Very friendly staff always available to share info. Shuttle bus to and from Heathrow. On-site excellent dining options open LATE! (imperative for weary and hungry travellers.)

No face cloths in the Bathroom I have had 2knee replacements & had great difficulty getting in the bath to shower, far too high. We do travel a lot and 95% of Hotel showers are walk in, only Earl Grey tea offered in the room I had to ask for English Tea

Carlton at the reception desk was tangibly helpful at check in. From then it went downhill. Mould on the shower cubicle floor, no clothes hooks in the bathroom, I woke up to a really loud party at 3am right above me, there was lots of talking outside my room at 8am which woke me up again, the room doors close really loudly, you can't open the windows unlike the Leonardo hotel. I'll never stay here again.

Nice upgrade to the Executive Lounge for happy hour drinks and nibbles. The room was a bit too hot at 20C. Tried to turn temp down, but no luck. Otherwise, very pleasant!

We booked this hotel for a one night stay for the proximity to the airport after arriving at Heathrow from the Netherlands before our flight back to Australia the next day. The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming upon arrive. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great restaurant, cafe and bar, all with very helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needed a hotel close to Heathrow Airport.

There are rooms where air conditioner blows air right into your head when you are in bed. I got a room like this on my way back from UK. That was horrible. At least, for me. My room on my way into UK for spotless.
