This property is not conveniently located near the tube or Heathrow airport, making transportation expensive or a lot of walking. The rooms are clean, but the reception/eating area is dirty. Tables are dirty, furniture is stained and dirty. I don’t mind shabby chic, but dirty is another matter. The amusements in the group area were incomplete or broken- eg pool table wasn’t working. Bedroom did not have a small safe for valuables. Snacks were not appetizing nor healthy. Would not stay again.

Found long hair in the bathroom and stained cabinetry that looked like the room wasnt clean. I like the hotel and the staff is great, but it needs better preventive maintenance.

It's the perfect place to stay on the outskirts of central London, it has its own bar, restaurant, pool table, photo booth, ping pong table, stage for music, foosball, computer station, its own mini store 🏪 for whatever you may need.. easy transportation from bus to underground to central London from airport, the bus is right out front from the Moxy.. all and all it's a really cool place to go of all ages

Fun hotel near Heathrow.

Good hotel near Heathrow with plenty of eating places steps away. We had a great check in experience. We arrived early after a long overnight flight and the checkin gent gave us our room without having to wait until 3pm. We really appreciated this as we were very tired. I've stayed in other Moxy hotels in Europe and Canada and it seems this is standard service so well done guys. Moxy hotels are a fun, lively place to stay whatever your age. Keep up the great work.

Wow! This was our first MOXY experience…IT WAS FANTASTIC! We were only there for one night as a layover from London to Rome…but we wished we could have stayed longer!! Our front desk person, Fedja, was unbelievable!!! He got us in early to a clean and amazing room. The room was very modern, very well appointed, eco friendly and super quiet even though it was near Heathrow Airport. The hotel lobby was super cool…like a two-story open loft, industrial concept. I could see the entire lobby being closed down and staged as a private event super destination. We would never hesitate to stay at this location or any other MOXY in the future!
