Located in beautiful Portside Lorain, you are a short drive from popular attractions such as cedar point and the Rock and Roll Hall of fame. Within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, the public library, grocery and department store shopping, and right next door to Lorains Black River Landing! The house is approximately 600 feet away from Lake erie, and even closer to the only public boat launch in the area! This house has plenty of parking and a very long driveway for those guests with boats, trailers, campers, etc. The house is all 1 story and very private and tucked away for the perfect night of relaxation, security and privacy.
