The studio is a guest house, attached to the main house. It has a private entrance + private patio + parking. Centrally located for travelers. Near universal studios, Griffith Park, observatory, LA zoo, movie studios, Hollywood & downtown LA. Easy access to freeways. Walking distance to many famous restaurants, cafes, parks, boutiques and shops.(please make sure to read our house rules before booking).

The space is yours to enjoy. The cozy studio has no shared spaces. It is 240sf. The kitchenette is efficient (light cooking only). A gorgeous designer bathroom. Cute patio perfect for 2 travelers. One assign parking space for compact car or small suv only. There are free street parking, please read street cleaning day sign.
