Beautiful location, great friendly staff, super clean and well maintained rooms and buildings. Only thing that would make it better is if I could have swam at the beach in front. Super easy to get transportation to sister resorts as well as get cabs into town. Great resort, would definitely go back again.

Staff was great and very helpful. But the property was promoted as having a kids club which was the main reason we booked. The kids club was closed. The arcade was open but charged a stiff fee for use. Not as "inclusive" as we hoped. Also, its hard to get service at the pool. The waiters prefer the drinking parties over the families, and you wait forever to get an order. We ordered the guacamole with chips and when we finally got our food, the guac was brown and old and had a hair in it. Really a bummer because we waited so long and our kids were hungry. No swimmable beach either so not much to do with kids. Fortunately we were only there a few days.

I enjoyed Mauro as one of our favorite cart driver on the property he was very engaging and welcoming the entire stay. Our housekeeper margherita was very nice and made our stay pleasant in the room inspite of the mildew and mold smell that wreaked the entire time. The lachoya truck area was amazing as well as the food. It was such a kewt little spot to vibe at. I absolutely hated the late open and early closing of the pools and no lighting inside the pools. The 50s diner,Tazuna,the mexican restaurant in the market and the deli were some of our favorite dining choices. The security lady that works in the After was very rude every time we went there, but the food was good there as well. Some of the pool bar staff were rude as well and not accommodating to customers request.

My overall rating is 8.2/10 My wife and I really enjoyed this resort. We went to most of the restaurants open. The Market is the hub, the icecream there is incredible! The bistro is a great 24/7 restaurant and the breakfast is buffet style with omelettes and waffles stations. The best breakfast has to be at Quivira Clubhouse❤️❤️. For dinner our tops were LaFrida (there’s a surcharge per person) and Fellinis(there’s also a surcharge per person) We had issues with the AC in our suite which got sort of resolved; also we had issues with our plumbing, the water would stop intermittently, this didn’t get resolved. The staff are such a pleasure, everyone is so kind, polite. Also Hector the concierge staff is beyond incredible, I hope he sees this! Planning our trip back to Sunset beach soon
