The staff was all very friendly. I like the convenience of the shuttles for jfk. The room itself was not clean to normal standard. Thankfully I had cleaning wipes with me, because the toilet was disgusting and there was no maid on by the time I got there. Neighborhood seemed nice and safe. Glad I only had to stay one night.

Great place for a long or short stay

Very nice place to stay--Clean, comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Super convenient location too, close to JFK. I was there for 11 nights and wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again when in the Long Island area.

We only stayed one night at this hotel, but I fall in love with everything they provide. From the 24 hours airport shuttle, to the delicious breakfast, it really shows the thoughtfulness and customer oriented service they offer. The room was spacious and clean. I highly recommend it.
